Wanted - Center Stand '80 xs400

Bought my bike without a center stand, kindof a pain when doing maintenance and need the bike level.

i have one off an 82 xs400

Anyone know if these are interchangeable? I checked bikebandit.com and the part numbers dont line up but that is there part number which may change just because it is under a different year?

to be honest i have no use for it on my bobber and if you like you can have the center stand for free , i guess just pay shipping and ill hook ya up

Just did a little more research into it and it looks like they are not the same, thanks for the offer though i really appreciate it!



On that note Anyone else have a center stand? sure would make things easier!

An '80 SOHC XS400 center stand should be the same as an '82 SOHC center stand. Are you sure you didn't look at an '82 DOHC? They made both that year. The SOHC is the XS400SJ Heritage Special. The DOHC is the XS400J Maxim.
