Choke chains

I was able to snag a 15T front sprocket off of eBay the other day. I was thinking about going 2T down in the rear, but I haven't really found any information on a setup like this. I'm worried this may be a bit too drastic of a change though. Any thoughts? Also, any recommendations on a chain style/length would be greatly appreciated.

15 is a very small front sprocket. For every tooth you drop on the front your rpm's will go UP about 500. It also make the trans shaft spin faster. Most people go with a 17 unless your just doing around town driving.
