Would this master cylinder work on my xs 400 81 sh?
The one from ebay has a 14mm bore... Are there any other measurements i have to make sure align?

Does it fit 7/8 bars? If it does then it should work fine. Your brake line should use the same size banjo bolt as that one.
Is there supposed to be a pic or something?

A 14mm bore is good for a single disc. If you have buck horn bars you will want the MC that has a bit of an angle to the reservoir so it sits straight.

That M/C will function with your brakes about the same as a stock M/C. it has the same bore size as the stock M/C.
If you really want to improve the braking, find an M/C with a 11 mm bore size.
The smaller bore provides an increase in the pressure in the system with the same amount of pull on the lever.
This pressure increase increases the amount the pads push on the rotors. The harder the pads push on the rotor the better they work.
The 14 mm bore works very well with the dual disc set up.
