UpDate! christmas in may!

well just a bit of my order came in so far but at least finally having the tail light in my hands i can fab the rear section. the White grips are NOS GrandTurismo's with the chrome throttle housing. they're definitely old with a little rust on the bolt hardware. Also painted the rims, forks and headlight ears black.

if you squint really hard, you can start seeing a bit of my theme coming out

hacked up the stock seat pan. shorted like, 8". narrowed 2", lowered 1". the taillight will sit approximately there.

now where do i find zebra print leather for seat upholstery? i'll settle for cheetah or tiger.

great mind thinks alike! i'm planning to modify the stock header pipes to join at the bottom of the bike and probably some type of small muffler. but thats not til next year phase 2 of the bike. i've done alot of work so far and its still gonna take a little while longer to button everything up. I don't want to worry about returning the bike yet. the plan is to go batteryless, mayybe single carb, pods and exhaust all at the same time. they all work together but i want to start riding!!

i know teaser photos suck :*( thats all i can offer now, the seat isn't even done! thats wrapped in a t-shirt. i have really good photodude friends though once its done. this is what my friend shot of my race car last year...
