Exhaust Collars ?

we debated this last year, some went one way, others the other way. I ahve an NOS set like hough's picture and they don't fit my C/D model!

I am not sure about the uk models but the 77-78 us models are different they are more rounded at one end.

This pic, these are not, I repeat Not, torqued down and crushed in. No muff action for me yet

( funny how it takes a picture to see how much more and better i could clean the motor. That's how I first noticed that it previously had a bad head gasket )

Way Way off the topic, i have the clutch cable routed between the upper motor mounts. That is probably falso incorrecto, no?

226dark yours are correct. The 79-82 models use a different ring but they all have the deep groove only on one side.
