I have a tach but no good mufflers? what do you offer for the tach?

Does the tach have the "high Beam" indicator light on it? Good condition as well?
Also front fender, do you still have it? Is if for a xs400S? Chrome in nice condition?

If so, How about 15 for tach and 15 for fender? Plus shipping.
