XS400 Addict
What other Yamaha pipes with xs400 1978?? I assume the 1978 xs250??
I have recently bought a fairly nice xs400 1978. It had Honda pipes on as well as some other interesting mods. I am trying to bring it back to a complete state and also running as good as it can. Trying to replace my whole exhaust. Keeping it as original and cost effectively as possible.
The previous owner seems to have made some mods. There were no gaskets inside, the exhaust collars had been reversed to fit. There is a gap of 5-7mm where the exhaust nut ring flanges go onto engine. Shiny Honda back pipes with nice 7/10 home made brackets to fit them to back peg nut.
I am in Brisbane Australia, any locals with bits they want to sell???? I have tried bike wreckers with parts.....
any ideas???
