Front sprocket question

So my front sprocket is.very wobbly. What parts hold the sprocket onto the shaft? I see the sprocket. There is no bolts by the looks of it and.no retainer. There is 2 blobs of weld where the sprocket holes are. Question is why was this done and why is the front sprocket wobbling.
Also anyone.got.a pic of what it looks like correctly assembled?

Y'a I saw 40 tooth sprockets for sale from the UK...
But shipping Beeing what it is....

Are the 40 t sprockets hard to come by??

I have to find some in North America.
And the ones from the UK are 25$ but with 45$ shipping.
Plus the one time I tried to order one I had to be refunded cause I never got it...
