Front Turn Signal Mounts?

Hi everyone, recently picked up some smallerf ront turn singlas and a Bates style headlight. Now im trying to figure out th best way to mount the turn signals.

Anyone know if something like these would work on the xs400 forks? Has anyone seen any better ideas out there?

Is the bates style the one with the single mount on the bottom of the headlight? Throw up a photo or example if you can.

There are brackets designed for turn signals that mount to the forks. The forks are 33mm on most xs400s by the way.

Yeah it's the bottom mount style so I can't use the headlight ears to mount the turn signals.
As for the brackets, I was hoping someone else has used them before since its the bolt spacing in the lower triple tree that matters and my bike is away in storage right now so I can't go check myself.

I have seen much higher quality brackets that clamp on to the fork tube like this if you want something that looks nicer.

But, this is relevant to both of us. For those of us swapping out that bracket, where do you intend to put your horn? I know there are hundreds of spots, but can you think of a good spot that won't require modifying the wiring harness?
