Hey guys I stripped the Mixture screw on my '80 XS400 carburetor and just got the new carb body in today from a XS400 Maxim and when I went to put them together I noticed the fuel line coupler connectors where different, one was a male end and the other was a large female.

Any Ideas on how I can bridge the gap? Are there press in fittings? Whats supposed to go in the female side carb body normally?

Thanks!

.25 npt brass fittings

Okay, this is the best I can do, with Googling, and such. This yahoo (no offense) connected our model of carb on to his car. If nothing else, he posted the size of the connector/fitting. Hopefully that will give you an opportunity to run up to a hardware store, and pick up something comparable.
