gas tank damper/rubber mounts?

I went last year with out one, (ok 2 months of driving time.) Has anyone figured out a alternative to the ones listed in the OEM?

is there a place online where I can get blocks of rubber? I plan on trying on making one with a dremel tool. But for 18, is not bad. These bikes are works of art these days.

You might find a rubber grommet the right size. Measure the hole in the tank tab, go to the hardware store and see if they have one to fit the hole.

I'm missing one too.. but I searched "rubber washer" and found this.. just need to mod it a little bit.
