Ground Wire

Hello again. Trying to fix my lack of spark issue still. Noticed that where my ground wire is fastened to frame, there is a rubber grommet with a threaded insert there. The washer and bolt holding it down are rusted. Would that give me grounding issues? Thanks alot, have a great day!

a little corrosion control, but if your looking for a spark issue, I was surprised to find my spark issue was a bad spark-plug wire. My (wife's bike) was only driving on one cylinder all this time, (before she retired it back in 2003.)

The Ignition spot, the wire just wasnt make contact there.
