Help i.d. my VIN!

Hi all,

I recently was given a bike without a title, and I was told/assumed it was an xs360, as it came with an xs400/xs360 repair manual, but now im having doubts. I think it kind of looks more like an xs650

the vin reads 3N3-000364

I did try to research on google, this forum and xs650.com with no luck
