Hello all,
I'm a new member to the forum, and a new xs400 owner. I purchased a 1978 xs 400 with 6,500 miles, bought from my buddy's dad. it was hi ex wife's bike, bought it for $200 dollars with rebuilt carbs, new tires and in almost mint condition garage kept.
I'm having fun cruising around, its my stress relief. I just get on and cruise the back country roads. the one thing I wish the bike had was highway pegs. does anyone have any suggestions on a good place to buy them, and where, and how to mount them. If anyone has added highway pegs let me know. I'm open to suggestions. And if there is anyone in the suburbs of Chicago wants to ride let me know.
