How to Paint My Allow Rims!

I cant decide how I should paint my alloy wheels. I am tossing between either Black Plastidip with Glossifier, or Black Appliance Epoxy. Both rattle can and very budgeted. I've had them sandblasted already and its almost time!

Anyone with experience please weigh in. How well does your paint wear over time?
