ignition switch connection?

Hey I have a xs400 and I am turning it in to a cafe racer. I just have a few little touch's to complete,
One of those jobs is the wiring.

I bought a replacement ignition switch and I came with a 3 pin connection with red,Brown and blue wires
Coming out of it. This is the standed connection right?
Well on my loom instead of a 3 pin there's a 4 pin with a extra red/yellow wire added??
Help I cannot find a ignition switch to fit it!
Is this just what had been done before I purchased the bike?
