Installed LED turn signals...but they don't blink??

Question for you gurus out there - I just installed some LED turn signals I bought last night...but they don't blink/flash?? I've been reading about other people installing LED turn signals and they're problem with them blinking too fast but mine don't flash at all. Any ideas as to why this might be? If it matters, the original blinkers I took off did work before installing these. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah sorry, I didn't read through all the posts before. It looks like I'll be trying the Tridon EP34 since it looks like it's available at my local auto parts store.
