Model of my bike

Hi all ive just brought a US imported XS400 Special could anyone identify the model from the frame number code its 3W5 and the engine number matches

Don't know of any from the u.s. with those numbers, maybe from canada

Go to motoverse.com and type in your vin number and it should show all the bikes information.

Tried motoverse.com and my bike is pre 1981 and has less than 17 digits so cant find it.

3W5 is a XS400SG built in 79/80. Should be from Canada, maybe South Africa.
