more power on the XS400 4G5, how ?

Hi all, I think that the 4G5 is the block with less powerfull (27HP).... I heard that you can put the camshaft of the 360 on the 400 (4G5) to increase the power to 34HP ?

What do you think ?

I believe the carbs are restricted as well. Narrower carb boots and possibly different jets to compensate.
You'd need stocks boots and jets from an unrestricted model, ditto for the cam shaft. Not sure whether the 360 cam would be an improvement over an unrestricted stock 400 cam but I think the comparison has been posted before.
The restriction changes and cam info should be available through the search tool.

The xs360 cam make less power than the stock un-restricted xs400 ones do. Here in the the u.s. there was never a restricted xs400 so all cams/motors put out the full hp.
