Slapped on a new control due to the old one being faulty/old and broken. The turn signals work and so does the horn but now I'm having issues with the light... it just refuses to come on at all. Could it be my new control giving issues? The new control only has 3 wires instead of 4.

That'd make sense. One less wire, one less function.

Check out the wiring diagram. I suspect you're missing a wire between the left and right controls.
I believe it's the blue/black on my '360. Provides power from the lights on/off switch on one set of controls to the high/low beam switch on the others.

Hard to tell but it looks like you have it soldered with the green wire?
