Howdy!
Thanks to all of you, I am back in business. Here are some pics of my ride.
The weather here at 9000ft has been awesome the last week and I have been out riding every day.
I wish I had some pics of it the day I got it, but I don't.
It was nasty chipped black with a stock seat and tail light. Even the gas cap had been spray painted over. It had been "rewired" but basically the harness had just been jacked. After a complete rewire and some hard work, this is how she sits.
I still need to do something with the stock rear of the frame and my "seat" needs to go.
Any input will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for all of your help so far, hopefully I can be of some use here at some point.

Well the pics were huge......But I resized them here they are!


Also, the right side cover holds kill, lights and E. start.
The turn/horn switch is sweet, I couldn't find one that was only horn and turn, but low and behold I found one while cleaning the garage! also found the front fender. Both are off of a 69' Harley dirt bike.

Hello all,
Here are some pics in the sunlight. No sure if they will be much better, but here they are.
I'm still trying to come up with a seat, I've gone through several and am just not satisfied.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The pic of the two bikes was taken at my buddies house up the road. Mine is in the background and his 76 xs360 is closeup.

Classic colour combo - I was thinking of cream and black for mine, eventually...

Not sure if you can see it but the tank is an ivory/cream, frame is all satin black and the headlight housing and bars are a dark brown to match the saddle bag. I am working on a new seat that will also be brown. Either leather or corduroy. Not sure yet. The corduroy will not be water resistant like the leather, but the bike is garaged when not in use.

I got the turn signals and black dust gaiters on also. I really like the look of the gaiters, and being that I live on a dirt road they are almost necessary. Before I had them the accumulation of road dust was awful. The turn signals are so so, but they were only $11.00 for each pair.

Next step is a speedometer. I am thinking about using the mini wireless type for a bicycle. I found one that should work, and has a bunch of different settings and functions. It says it is good for up to 150mph so I should be okay.
