Oil leaking left hand topside of head as pictured? Head casket no good??

Hi all.... I have a small oil leak that is consistent but not too major... a teaspoon over a couple of days. Oil seems to be leaking on the left hand topside of head as pictured? Could it be that the head gasket is no good?? have no opened it up yet. I dont have a replacement gasket so I dont wont to ruin the old one by opening it up if not required.

have you tried retorquing the head down?

Cam seal, rubber rocker plugs behind points cover.
