Opening the Tach Gauge

Anyone know how to open up the tach gauge? The screws holding the gauge face in place have come loose and now the face is spinning all over the place. Any tips or previous experience would be greatly appreciated.

I took the tach apart on my dirt bike,and got it back together,looks good,but don't want to do it again. lha
