question about part at mikesxs

Is the o ring washer kit for the mixture screw at mikesxs part number 48-5021. Is it what I need when I put the screws back in won't use anti tamper plug. I asked mikes all they said is some of the parts are the same. I have bs34 carbs. If someone has another source or alternate parts that will work that would be cool. I want to make my order to mikes justify their shipping costs. I think he is the only one with the butterfly shaft seals. I know I can get jets any where but with the small seals and stuff I'd like to source it all from one spot.

If you look on ebay under 80-84 xs650 they will be the same as the 80-82 xs400.
