Rear rail chop

Is it safe to chop the rear rails, just after where the rear shocks mount?

I'm doing a cafe conversion and I don't need the extra junk back there.

Oh yeah, way better than the acura tsx forum I'm apart of (for my car), the majority of those guys can't even do their own oil changes! So it's a nice breath of fresh air coming to this forum. Thanks again! Let the chopping begin!
