Safety Relay

Hi, just looked at the wiring diagram. It looks like the red white wire that go to the ignition unit also goes to a safety relay. Does anyone know what that rely looks like or where it is? Thanks alot, have a great day!

Not sure about the 80 model but my 82 has under the seat where the edge of the gas tank is. There is a relay on the left and on the right. The starter safety relay is the one on the left if you are sitting on the bike. I think the one on the right is the side stand safety relay. They both hang from rubber sleeves. Like I said thats on my 1982 though. Maybe it helps.

one is the kickstand safety switch, so you don't go riding off with the stand down.
The other is neutral safety switch, so you can't start it in gear.
