I have a broken lens on my speedo/tach/indicators unit, and am asking for help from anyone who has had a similar experience with the glass. If anyone has had this happen to them, please enlighten me.It has a plastic ring holding the glass in,and it looks like it's glued in to hold the glass in. Oh,and I think it's from a '78 or around that year. Thanks, lha

I'd replace them with plexiglass available from Lowes, Menards, Home Depot, cut with a slow speed jigsaw with fine tooth metal cutting blade, masking tape on both sides - lay out pattern - cut close to line - file or grind down to fit, or if you have glass shop close maybe pay to have some cut, here's some reading on different methods of how to get them apart..... and more importantly back together

Thanks for the reply, however, mine is different than all of those shown. It's off a Seca of some type and has a plastic faceplate that covers both speedo and tach as well as the indicators, voltmeter, gas gauge. The lens is set in plastic with a ring holding it against the beveled trim in front. The original set were broken,so I bought this off ebay cheap, knowing the lense was broken,I think it's off a 750 Seca,as it says Seca in gold letters.I will try to remove the plastic ring with the Dremel then replace it by gluing it together.Thanks. lha
