Unfortunately no those are side bolts, the bolt is too long where the front and rear covers have a hollowed center and wider thread to clear for the rocker arms. Thanks for looking!

The crank case and rocker cover are the same space since the timing chain runs right through from crank to cam. Could be either of the two major gaskets or even the piston rings at fault if it is due to over pressurisation.

Try running the bike with the cover off. If its making pressure you'll be able to tell by putting a piece of paper over the hole or seal it with your palm. I'd take car with the latter
