How's a man supposed to work with ribs slow cooking next to him? How Godammit How?

9 hours of slow cooking, 20 minutes of eating (including coleslaw, corn, and good local Canadian beer.)

Oooh, tasty! Maybe as good as my slow-cooker favorite: cook big pork cuts in water for 4hr to easily remove anything that isn't already delicious, cook overnight in chicken stock with yellow onion and basil, then broil for 5min with Jack Daniels barbeque sauce. Just add grilled veggies and sweet potato fries, and wash it down with a Bavarian ale or Irish stout! I can almost taste it... and I like it
