Valve cover torque spec

Hey my computer's power supply died and I have my manuals on there and won't get the part for another day or so but I want to put my valve cover back on today.. I used the search function but could not find what I was looking for... There are 2 different sizes of bolts on the cover, the perimeter ones and the ones that go down the center... Anyone have the torque numbers on these?

Says 7-10 ft lbs, in case you're trying to do this on your phone.

Thanks, yeah it's my iPod with a cracked screen and so it's really hard to get the manuals clearly.. Thanks a ton
