what's the right float level for xs400se

I found a lot of different measurement for the height float. each xs model seems to have a different float height.
But what's the right float level for xs400se whith plastic float? I've read 21mm... but not sure

Hi I have the same problem, a manual I found (the one for xs360 and xs400 models) doesnt list specs for SE. I'm struggling with setting my carbs right - changed filters, main jets - and i can't get it to run nicely. The problem can be float level which I have no idea what should be. Did you find it maybe? Did anyone?

Brass floats are 26mm and plastic foam ones are 22mm

Thanks! could you tell me how to measure this? bottom (when flipped) of floating chamber isn't 100% horizontal, it descends affecting measurement. where should I put a ruler?
