Do you have the swing arm pivot bolt. It looks like its there in the pictures.

Check out E-bay! You can get a new vacuum-less one fairly cheap.!

It might not be your petcock I bought a petcock rebuild kit only to find out that it was a vacumn leak in the hose that comes from the right carb manifold to the petcock.
