XS400 Sprocket Dimensions

Can anyone provide the dimensions for a XS400 rear sprocket? I do not need the number of teeth. I need the diameter of the center hole and the diameter across for the mounting holes and the thickness. I am trying to determine if I have a XS400 wheel for my XS650 tracker project and the sprocket dimensions should tell me. Thanks

XS400 and 500 appear to use same sprocket. But, as far as I know axle sizes are different. The 500 uses 20mm, same as the 650,and the 400 uses 17mm.
