Front mag wheel question

Hi men, I'm looking for a XS400 front mag wheel with the ability to run dual discs. I've found one on ebay. Can you tell from the photo if this one has the plastic cover that can be pried off to reveal the threaded bolt holes for mounting a second disc ? I'm not sure what the plastic cover looks like.
