I put the engine back in my bike this weekend and started it up and i noticed that the air coming out of the left header was a lot (twice maybe?) as strong as the air coming out of the right header. IS this a Carb Syncing problem? the timing sounded right from the way it would idle.. I synced them while they were on the bench but not with a manometer.

Do the exhaust pipes get roughly equally hot? (if not, it's the carb not supplying fuel) Are your valves adjusted correctly? If so, it sounds like a sync issue. Bench is only a starting point. There are several variables that only an "running" sync can account for.

Woah i didnt even think about adjusting the valves! i haven't since the rebuild! not any valve noise but it could be overly tight and not shutting all the way especially because i lapped the valves.... Do you adjust those when its hot or cold?
