New guy from Oregon

Hello everyone, my names Lucas I am a 27 year old, I drive semi-truck for work. Recently bought a 1978 XS400 about 3 days ago, Already have ripped it down to the frame. Not new to bike or riding as my dad and I are big gear head and mechanics. Although this is my first street motorcycle, I have many YZ250's, 450's and quads that I ride often. I Already have been asking questions and been helped by a few members. Which makes me feel good about the site and people who belong to it. Nice to meet you all! -Lucas

Thanks JB! Glad to see a fellow local. Maybe once my bike's an actual working piece of machinery, we can hook up and ride. Do you have a build thread going?

Ride we will my friend! There are a couple projects I need to address first before I can go on long rides. I am not mechanically able at the moment. I am however, teaching my self as I go along. Working on the build thread
