New rims

Hello,
I'm planing to change rims on my seca 84

with this older model ones

will they fit or do I need to do some modifications first? Also if anyone is selling pair of this for reasonable price give me a note...

You should look at the axle sizes and width of the rims etc etc. I'm 99,9% sure they won't fit without modifications

If it's a seca 400 the axle sizes are the same.just have to worry about width and the spacing of the discs

There's plenty of lists of bearing sizes and fork sizes and all that stuff out there

It is seca and I found these older rims very cheap. Don't won't to miss them.
I will look into that.
english is not my native thounge so sometimes I have problem in knowing where to look

This was very helpful. Front rim do need 5mm spaceing. Good thing is that i managed to fit brake shoes from 84' model (seca) to 78'th with no problem. There is a diference in chain sprocket (2tooths)but it turned out to be better .
