erg... staring to piss me off  tryed 3 differnt petcocks and swapping parts from them and still leaks in the front where the lever is.....any suggestions?

On your petcock, the lever part is what seals against the rubber gasket inside. If the lever part has any rough spot or burrs, they can cause leaks. Just by keeping the rubber part pushed away from the lever part. The burrs and rough spots can cut into the rubber part, causing leaks.
When you have them apart use a ver fine sand paper, like 600 grit or finer, even as fine as 2000 grit. Lay it on a flat surface, gluing it down to a piece of plate glass works well. Holds the paper flat.
Now put the sealing side of the lever part on the paper and move in figure eight's on the paper till it is bright and shiny.
This cleans off any rough spots or burrs. This also works on most any thing that seals, like oil filter covers.
When you reassemble the parts be sure the wavw washer is in right. This wave washer is what pushes the lever part against the rubber part.
