Project Cafe XSpresso

Those wheels aren't going to be used. Just for mock up.

Anyways picked up a rear monoshock off a Buel XB12 with a remote damper valve. I had a set of swing arm tab/mounts/gussets made by David of voodoo Vintage. This is how the set looks mounted on a xs400.

That's really cool, I agree with willem the tank ties in really well with the rear duck tail.

Be really great if you made a 'how to' thread on that mono shock conversion :wink2:

Nice job so far!!

the job done on the few 650 xs is amazing , i love the style and the 400 xs gone be a killing bike:thumbsup:.

Thanks everyone for the good words. Sorry for the lack of updates. This project kind of fell off due to other stuff. This is the look I'm going for with this build I'm calling it Cafe XSpresso!!!

Tank is a little wide but shouldn't be an issue with clip-ons. I'm actually planning to run a different set of bars that are riserless that will be mounted underneath the top tree.
