Anyways picked up a rear monoshock off a Buel XB12 with a remote damper valve. I had a set of swing arm tab/mounts/gussets made by David of voodoo Vintage. This is how the set looks mounted on a xs400.

Thanks everyone for the good words. Sorry for the lack of updates. This project kind of fell off due to other stuff. This is the look I'm going for with this build I'm calling it Cafe XSpresso!!!

Btw tank looks wide, you could have some problems with clip-ons hitting the tank...

Tank is a little wide but shouldn't be an issue with clip-ons. I'm actually planning to run a different set of bars that are riserless that will be mounted underneath the top tree.

Haha very soon! Still need to tear the wheels apart and lace to some new 18x2.5 rims front/rear.
