yup, just a minor adjustment, provided you have drum rear brakes, just turn in the bolt, and lock it down there. Manual says you should only have an inch of play. Follow the silver brake arm to the pivot point, and up. There it is.
Is the pedal bent in slightly?I would check for that.Myself I also have an issue with my rear brakes but I know they are severely worn.My pedal has so much excessive play that it will go down past the exhaust pipe.
I'm actually worried it might be bent. I may have to take it off and see if I can straighten it. Arf, I don't think it's too high, but maybe it is. This kind of stuff is why this bike is taking me forever to take it on the road. I'm really taking my time to ensure it's safe. 20 years ago I would have jumped on it the first day!
