Local pick up or you pay shipping! This was on the 77 400D that I am restoring. It’s a direct bolt on unit that is held on by the upper shock bolts and the rear fender bolts, that said I don’t think it’s good for a " D " bike, the rear seat could not be opened with it installed! The plastic cowl on the D editions seat goes under the rack. That said, if you want it, it’s yours just come and get it or pay for shipping! I would keep it for the rear rack portion if I could open the seat! The zippered pouch on the back of the backrest could use a new zipper, or just cut the whole thing off with a utility knife and forget it was ever there. OR leave the entire backrest off and use it as a rear rack, I have already taken it apart for shipping reasons. Matt
