replacing a valve guide

so one of my valve guides has cracked, has anyone replaced one? is it a massive hassle?

I got an engineering firm to do mine. just use the latest material, not necessarily a Yamaha part. Not expensive to do either. they even supplied the material

the accuracy is in the reaming for the valve that's why I leave it to the pro's.

I agree with Drewpy let somebody who speacilises in head work do it for you.
