Hi!
A few weeks back I posted a thread about a stuck gas cap... I did get it open eventually and I've had the same issue every few days when I need gas. Today I removed the cap and was looking all around and checking it out.. the key cylinder is all messed up. My guess is 30 years of people screwing with it destroyed it..
Anyways. Any idea if I can get a screw off gas cap? Or a non locking one of some sort? Right now the gas cap has been uh... engineered to not require a key to open, but I'd prefer to have something a bit more trustworthy.
Any ideas? Links? I don't worry about people stealing my gas or putting stuff in it as both of those are extremely silly things to worry about. (They can steal it at the rubber hose if need be, and they could disable the bike in other ways as well).
