Speedometer disassembly

Does anybody know how to remove the plastic turn screw for the trip reset? Haven't found much info on the subject.

From what I can see in the pic, take the external cover off first, that would hive you access to the internals of the speedo, take it from there.

They are glued into place. When the glue goes bad they just unscrew. Why do you need to remove it?

I couldn't get the bucket to come free from the speedo, figured I'd try and remove the knob and see if anything changed. Could be stuck I suppose. The mounting hardware worked its way loose.

I was actually able to get it guys. The seal for the speedo cup is what I was getting hung up on. Thing didn't want to let go. Thanks for the help.
