hi, I have a problem with my XS chain. Several months ago, this one began splashing oil everywhere and not that reason, a few days ago I did a deep clean and oil again, removing ALL excess oil and remained perfect after him about 100kms, I happened to look and new oil under everywhere. Someone feels the same ???? where does this oil ????

either output seal behind front sprocket or in my case, when i took out the starter it found its way up from the alternator

I will second the starter, The starter seal, can also get aged, and compressed, and allow for oil to splash into the starter cavity. (( I have also replaced both the output shaft seal, and the clutch rod seal.

Absolutely okay. as long as you have it off, you will see a hole there, that allows for free flow of oil from case, to the alternator side. we have a stator oil passageway.

kinda looks like this

Boy is that a bad photo, you will get the meaning thou. I must have taken it from someone else.

It helps keep the starter clutch and chain lubed. Also will help keep the stater cool.
