Started fabbing up a 2 into 1.

I started fabbing up a 2-1 yesterday. Here's a pic of what I have so far. Please excuse my less than perfect welds!

I'm waiting for the wrecked 09 Hoda pilot in my shop to have the exhaust replaced. That will give me the rest of the pipe to finish. Hopefully this weekend.

I thought about making a muffler of some sort, but not sure.

nice.don't worry about the welds.you can allways grind them down

The pipes look good wrapped anyway,so don't worry about it. I'm making a set from a 2-1/2" collector and muffler,just have to weld the pipes into a plenum to join the 3 parts together. lha

Just took some. Next step is to fab up a cafe tail in leu of the duct tape seat and finish my tank modification.

Looks good. I like the way the exhaust follows the lines on the bike. Tank is coming along too.

Fluffyfuzzynutz your fabbed exaust looks great and you probaly saved alot of cash by not buying one.Im sure it works the same or better.Anyway you can youtube a sound clip?BTW can you make another one for me?
