Cant believe no one has responded to you yet. You probably already found a set, but just in case someone else might have the same question, Ill answer. I wouldn't know where you could get a set in Europe, but check out Vee Rubber. They are made in Thailand, don't know much else other than that. They make some sweet vintage rubber including trail tires. Here is a link to a US dealer:
