Hey all. Looking to replace my old pitted fork tubes anyone know we're to get new ones? I found Frank's Engineering (formerly Forking) online but haven't been able to get a hold of them. Anywhere else? Anybody have a clean set to sell. Other options?

Ebay or the classifieds here might work. You probably have the same 33mm tubes as the 400. A nice used set will probably cost less than re-chroming.

I saw a universal inverted fork setup from jc Whitney of all places for $75. But not sure how I feel about that. There is one off a xs on eBay for $125 but it's in worse shape then mine.

Are you just searching for 360 forks? I just searched for "xs400 forks" and there are tons on ebay. Just make sure you pick a set with the correct brake attachments (disc vs. drum).

They won't so we will either take the wheel from the 650 and lowers or change the lowers. Being as I want to do new seals the lowers moving seems best to me plus I like the Maxim rims better anyway.
