Thank you for the input guys. I think it has to do with my new plates. I didn't know there was an orientation with the arrows, will look at that tonight. Also it seems like there is a huge gap between pressure plate and new disks.. could this be because of the alignment? Where are the arrows?

I'm trying to jump my starter because I've bought 2 starter solenoids and I'm still not getting a click from them. Can someone be more discriptive on how to do this with the jumper cables? Do you connect the negative jumper to a known ground and the positive to the case or the other way around...

I have at some point disconnected them but now they are all back together. My ignition worked before I tore everything apart. I think the blue wire from the ignition runs to a relay to power the signals? Could be wrong

Thank you for that. I'm going to get an ohm reader today and see what's going on. I just hooked up a new battery and NOTHING turns on. Does anyone know what the ohm reading should be for the electrical components up front?

The headlight I bought has a blue and a black wire coming from it and I need to connected a yellow, green, and black. I assume black goes to black and can I wire the green and yellow into the blue?

Not to add a question to another thread but after a top end rebuild should you add oil to those "troughs" before putting it back together or will they fill once start up happens?
