Thanks Dave, I have rigged up a plastic cap that fits tight into swing arm housing at both ends, drilled a hole in the top of each cap and filled both caps with WD40. Will soak overnight, hope it works, I also pounded the bolt with a 5lb. hammer and it did not budge at all.

Hi, I cannot remove the swing arm pivot bolt, it turns freely, but I cannot drive it out, any help would be most welcome. Thank you, TonyB

Need to remove carbs to clean them out, no fuel getting to RH carb. Do I need to remove the air box to get the carbs out. If so how do I get the air box out. Thanks, TonyB

I bought one yesterday at Toronto Cycle Salvage, ph# 416 259 7991, Yamaha do not make this part anymore, I was very relieved when I found one after searching on the Internet for hours with no luck, I then started calling scrap yards and found one on the third call. Good luck. TonyB

The rubber connection to the RH carburetor does not go all the way onto the carb intake, the air box seems to be distorted and has pulled the connection back about 1/4". Not sure how to remove the air box or how to fix this issue issue, all suggestions welcomed...thanks, TonyB

I called around to a few scrap yards and on my third call I found a filter cover, bolt, gaskets and petcock at Toronto Cycle Salvage on Lakeshore at Brownsline. Their shop has a huge inventory of parts and owner Ralph is extremely knowledgable, I highly recommend them for all used parts. Thanks...

Unfortunately I left it at Canadian Tire while looking for an o-ring for it on Sunday, went back Monday morning an no sign of it, so mad with myself, what can you do. I will try scrap yards. Thanks, TonyB
